What to Expect:

Each morning we  will awaken to the early sounds of the ocean and have our morning meditation followed by a gentle yoga practice on the beach watching the sunrise

Experience yoga surrounded by natural beauty.

Afterward, while sitting on the patio deck, we will enjoy a nutritious breakfast of fresh fruits and berries,

healthful oatmeal, smoothies, hot tea and coffee.

Clean and fresh eating

We will walk around the property’s nature trails, and spend time journaling and resting in the hammocks under the shady trees. There will be time for resting, relaxing, and enjoying aromatherapy and footbaths.
On one of the days, we will venture out to the quaint town of Belfast for lunch, where we can stroll around town with the wonderful specialty shops and scenic views.
During the weekend we will also take a drive to Acadia National Park for a long hike and picnic lunch.

Beauty of the Maine retreat house

We will end each evening with yoga and meditation followed by a beautiful meal shared together.
We will continue the evenings sitting by the fire sharing, singing, dancing, celebrating, or just being quiet.
